Paul graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. As well as being a Registered Massage Therapist he is also a certified personal trainer and is a member of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CST). His education includes courses in NISA (neuromuscular integration and structural integration) and fascial release design to place the body in proper alignment. (a series of courses in the intrinsic muscles of the pelvis, neck, shoulders and thorax with Thomas Myers).
Paul focuses on treating the cause as well as the symptoms of pain and discomfort by using various techniques: trigger point therapy, fascial release, joint play, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and exercise prescription.
